Overview:

Phase 1, 2 & 3 Renovations:
During the first phase of the project, we renovated lower level storage and walk-in coolers. In the second phase, we prepared the space for the third phase, which involved a complete renovation. Zona Cocina remained open during the first two phases. Because Phase 3 required the restaurant to be closed, the owner required the all the renovation work to be done in 30 days. A.R. Marani gutted out almost everything but the kitchen floors and walls. We changed the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems to work in Zona Cocina’s new configuration. We installed blocking, sheetrock walls, decorative ceilings, 1,900 SF of floor tile, 1,000 SF of wall tile and new signs, and coordinated the installation of owner-supplied millwork and equipment.
