Overview:
At Building 600 on the SBD campus, A. R. Marani, Inc. converted a 14,300 SF basement warehouse space into new offices, engineering and classroom facilities. The existing interior warehouse space was demolished back to the basic structure.
New HVAC, electric, lighting, testing labs, conference rooms, bathrooms, carpeting and finishes and a paint booth were installed to reconfigure the area into new, efficient offices, cubicles, laboratories and classrooms.
On the exterior, small strip windows were enlarged to create floor to ceiling windows to let natural light into the building. Low partitions, glass walls and glass overhead doors allowed the natural light to filter throughout the space. Bright, high end finishes were used throughout.
