Overview:
Renovations to the Treasurer’s offices below the existing patio: replacing finishes, repairing water damage and installed HVAC. On the exterior we stripped, waterproofed and replaced the existing patio over the offices with a new bluestone paver patio. We also repaired, re-glazed and painted the existing arched windows looking out onto the patio. We discovered that the existing exterior CMU and brick wall had been originally constructed so poorly, and had deteriorated so much that it had to be removed in it’s entirety and replaced. We installed a bio-retention pond to pick up storm water from the grass area next to the offices and all patio downspouts were tied into the storm water system.
