St. John’s College McDowell Hall Renovation

Overview:

A.R. Marani, Inc. was chosen for the exterior restoration of the building through a proposal and interview process. After extensive inspections, we developed a GMP and proceeded with the restoration. The building remained in use throughout the process. A scaffold was erected around the building and the copula, the exterior brick and brownstone was repointed and cleaned with some sections repaired or replaced, all windows where repaired and repainted and the copula was completely restored. All work was done to historic standards
