Rodizio Grill

Annapolis Mall

Overview:

Rodizio Grill is an 8,400 sf restaurant at Annapolis Mall that A.R. Marani was awarded as the result of a negotiated bid process. A.R. Marani was introduced to our client by recommendation by Westfield Annapolis Mall.

The existing space was a sports bar with the bar being the focal point of the dining room.  The project entailed demolition of this bar and existing finishes throughout. ARM built a smaller bar in the corner and new finishes throughout the restaurant. To provide a formal Brazilian steakhouse dining experience, new charred wood half-walls with ornamental metal railings, suspended acoustical linear baffles, resilient flooring, Brazilian wooden pendant lighting and banquettes were installed. A new steel framed canopy structure was added on the outside of the mall and storefront vestibule to create a grand entrance which was cladded with PVC siding and illuminated signage.

Since A.R. Marani was selected during the schematic design phase of the project, we were able to assist in budgeting, permitting, VE savings options and keep the design within the owner’s schedule goal to open for the busy Christmas shopping season.
