For this renovation we were involved before the 30% design submission to produce the conceptual cost estimate. We remained part of the team through the permit process and construction, working closely with the architect and engineers to maintain the project budget. The Obrycki’s renovation included a 360 SF side patio expansion to increase the seating by 19.
