Overview:
LUG is an online retailer and this BWI store is their first physical store, which caused a number of design changes. ARM worked with the owners and the architect to adjust product specification to increase durability and better reflect the LUG brand.
ARM gutted out the existing tenant space and installed new finishes, electric, lighting and the owner supplied millwork package. Careful coordination and attention to the details by ARM allowed the project to be completed on time even with the revisions.
