Superintendents

As a general note, all of the company’s Superintendents are excellent carpenters and craftsmen. This enables them, when time allows, to self-perform specific tasks on a project. They are also proficient at monitoring all phases of a project so that they supervise all of the work by the various subcontractors.

Lamont Montague

Lamont started with A. R. Marani, Inc. in 2014 as a carpenter. It quickly became apparent that he had management experience. He was promoted to an Assistant Superintendent position at the Severn School project, a $15 million building.
He has progressed to a full time Superintendent position. Like all of our Superintendents, Lamont is an excellent carpenter and mechanic.

Bernard Francis

Bernard acts as Superintendent for most of A. R. Marani’s projects at Johns Hopkins medical facilities in Baltimore. In addition to being a Superintendent, Bernard is an excellent craftsman. He is proficient in general wood / metal framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing and plastering.

Irv Heinle

Irv has worked for A. R. Marani, Inc. since 2005. He began with ARM as a carpenter and progressed to the position of Superintendent. He has completed several projects at Stanley Black and Decker. He is proficient at renovations and additions.

Tim Larkin

Tim has 10 years’ experience as a professional carpenter in commercial construction, wood and metal framing, drywall hanging and finishing, hardwood floors, trim acoustical ceilings and masonry. He has been with A. R. Marani, Inc. since 2014. During that time, he has become a Superintendent starting with small tenant fit – outs and progressing to new building projects.

Mel Seredicz

Mel is an accomplished stone mason and carpenter. He came to work for ARM in 1997 as a carpenter. He worked as a foreman and as an Assistant Superintendent gaining experience to become a Superintendent. He has managed tenant fit –outs, renovations and new construction. He recently completed a large industrial building for McCormick.

Henry Spinner

Henry first came to the company in 1996 as a carpenter. He spent several years working as a foreman and moving on to managing small projects. He has become one of the company’s top Superintendents supervising many different types of projects – new buildings, additions, renovations, historic projects and tenant fit-outs. He is capable of supervising any project that we are awarded.
