Daiger House at Severn School
We don’t do residential very often. This was a small addition / renovation to a house owned by Severn School.
We are just starting an 8,000 sf one story pad building at the Martin Plaza shopping center. Probably one of the best locations we¹ve had in a while for our sign .
Print Shop at Catholic Center
ARM is pleased to once again to work for The Archdiocese of Baltimore at the Catholic Center. The Archdiocese printing operation is moving from their current off site location to the Catholic Center. Renovation of the future location is underway. Move in is June 5th.
Ascension Church was completed in time for Holy Week services. The sanctuary was refurbished with new lighting , finishes and the altar was relocated . The flooring in the nave was removed and replaced with ceramic tile .
Catoctin Quaker Camp
Catoctin Camp masonry walls are complete and ready for the timber frame structure which will start next week .
Excellence In Construction Awards
A. R. Marani has received a 2015 Excellence in Construction Award from ABC for one of our projects: Teel Academic Center at Severn School in the category New Project Over $10 Million.
Stanley Black & Decker Building 600 Basement Renovation
In a basement area that was once extra storage space, Stanley Black & Decker Engineering and Research department is nearing completion for a March 24th move in date .
Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
The labs and research facilities on all four floors have been completed. Researchers are moving in and starting work.
